On Tuesday, May 7, the cast and crew of “Curtains” took home three Dallas Summer Musical High School Theatre Awards. The crew won Best Crew and Technical Execution, senior Cameron Wenrich won Best Leading Actor as Frank Cioffi and the production won Best Musical overall.
Wenrich will travel on a five-day, all-expenses-paid trip to New York City this summer to compete in the National High School Musical Theatre Awards against other top actors across the country. The event will be held at Broadway’s Minskoff Theatre on July 1.
