Update for varsity basketball playoffs
UPDATE: The girls varsity basketball team defeated Lake Highlands 57-34 on Mon., Feb 10 to become bi-district champions and advance to the area playoffs against Sachse at a time and place to be determined. Following outstanding performances from junior guard Kara Mitchell, senior center Ogo Obinabo and senior guard Kylee Guthrie, the Lady Wildcats moved on to the area playoffs for the second consecutive season. The team defeated Sachse 45-31 earlier in the season on Dec. 3. Check back here or the Lady Wildcats website for more information in the coming days.
