Q: Why do you think people nominated you?

A: Well I’d like to think that people like me for who I am and for my personality, and that I’m not fake. I try to be who I am and true to myself and I hope that my friends see that through my actions and the things I do.

Q: Why do you think people should vote for you?

A: I think people should vote for me because I am true to who I am. I try to be generous and nice to everyone. I smile a people I don’t know, and I try to get to know people at an intimate level. I just try to be friendly to everyone.

Q: What’s your favorite thing about being a part of Plano?

A: I like that Plano is so diverse, and that there are people from all different backgrounds, and you can be involved in so many clubs. I like that in my friend group, everyone is not all like me. They are all different. They give me different perspectives on things that I wouldn’t even think about. So I just really like how everyone can be so different, but have something in common like our Plano spirit and our Plano pride.

A: “I was really surprised and kind of excited just because it’s something I’ve wanted since middle school or always thought it would be cool to have, but I never actually thought it would come true.”

Q: Why do you think people voted for you?

A: “I’m involved in a lot of activities in school so I think a lot of people knew my name and I asked some friends to vote for me and kind of spread the word a little bit so people knew I was running and that I wanted it.”

Q: Why do you think you’d be a good Homecoming Queen?

A: “Well like I said, I’m involved in a lot of things, I’m always smiling and enthusiastic and have a lot of school spirit so I would love to represent the class of 2015 in future years at the homecoming games.”

Q: Why do you think people voted for you?

A: “I went to Clark my freshmen year and Vines my sophomore year, I have a pretty good idea of who came from what school and what they’re like.
